Terms and Conditions of This Invoice1. This Invoice is issued by Arjun Mehta Design Studio, a registered Graphic Designer practice operating from India New Delhi, and is governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
2. Payment for this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall attract an interest charge of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted under Indian law, whichever is lower.
3. All Graphic Designer deliverables referenced in this Invoice shall be considered final upon receipt of written approval from the client. Any additional revisions beyond the three included rounds will be billed separately at ₹2,500 per hour.
4. The Graphic Designer retains full intellectual property rights over all source files, templates, and proprietary design systems until the full Invoice amount is received in cleared funds.
5. This Invoice includes GST as applicable under the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, for services rendered in India New Delhi. A GST-compliant tax invoice will be provided upon request.
6. The client agrees that the Graphic Designer's work, as detailed in this Invoice, shall not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Arjun Mehta Design Studio.
7. In the event of any dispute arising from this Invoice, both parties agree to resolve the matter through arbitration in India New Delhi in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
8. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the rates and terms may be subject to revision by the Graphic Designer.
