Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued by Arman Design Co., a registered Graphic Designer firm operating in Iran Tehran, and is governed by the commercial laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
- Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments will incur a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated in the service agreement.
- All design work referenced in this Invoice is the exclusive intellectual property of the Graphic Designer until full payment is received. Upon clearance of the total amount, all rights and source files transfer to the client.
- The Graphic Designer reserves the right to display completed work in a professional portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
- Any additional revisions beyond the three included rounds will be billed separately at the rate of 5,000,000 IRR per round, as noted in this Invoice.
- Payment may be made via bank transfer to the account listed below, or by check payable to Arman Design Co. in Iran Tehran. Please reference the Invoice number IR-TH-2025-00472 on all remittances.
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Graphic Designer reserves the right to re-quote pricing due to potential changes in material costs or exchange rates in Iran Tehran.
