Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by Al-Rafidain Creative Studio, a registered Graphic Designer firm operating in Iraq Baghdad, in accordance with the Iraqi Commercial Code and the General Commission for Taxation regulations.
Payment Method: Bank Transfer to Al-Rafidain Bank, Branch: Al-Mansour, Baghdad. IBAN: IQ98 RAFI 0001 2345 6789 0123. Account Name: Al-Rafidain Creative Studio.
Payment Deadline: This Invoice must be settled within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Iraqi commercial law.
Deliverables: All final files (AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, SVG) will be delivered via secure cloud link upon full payment confirmation. Source files remain the intellectual property of the Graphic Designer until final settlement.
Terms and Conditions
- All design work performed by the Graphic Designer is subject to a maximum of three (3) revision rounds per deliverable as specified in this Invoice. Additional revisions will be billed at 75,000 IQD per round.
- The client acknowledges that all original artwork, logos, and design concepts created by the Graphic Designer in Iraq Baghdad are protected under Iraqi Intellectual Property Law (Law No. 40 of 2014).
- This Invoice is valid for sixty (60) days from the issue date. After this period, the Graphic Designer reserves the right to withdraw the quoted rates and reissue a revised Invoice.
- Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts in Baghdad, Iraq, in accordance with the Iraqi Civil Code.
- The Graphic Designer is not liable for print quality issues arising from third-party printing houses in Iraq Baghdad. The client is responsible for verifying print proofs before final production.
- All amounts stated in this Invoice are in Iraqi Dinar (IQD). No foreign currency conversion applies unless mutually agreed in writing.
