Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled within 30 calendar days from the issue date (15 June 2025), no later than 15 July 2025. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the following account held in Israel Jerusalem:

Please note that a late payment penalty of 1.5% per month (or the statutory rate as defined by the Israeli Late Payment Law, 5761-2001) will apply to any outstanding balance after the due date. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Israeli Tax Authority regulations for VAT-registered businesses operating in Israel Jerusalem.
Notes & Important Information
1. This Invoice covers all Graphic Designer services rendered by Jerusalem Creative Studio during the period of 01 May 2025 through 31 May 2025. All creative work was produced by our in-house Graphic Designer team located in Israel Jerusalem.
2. All source files (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) will be transferred to the client upon full settlement of this Invoice. Ownership of the final deliverables transfers to Levant Marketing Group upon receipt of payment.
3. Any additional revisions beyond the three included rounds will be billed at the standard Graphic Designer hourly rate of ₪350 per hour, subject to a separate Invoice.
4. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, the Invoice may be reissued with updated terms as per Israeli commercial law.
5. Jerusalem Creative Studio is a VAT-registered entity operating in Israel Jerusalem. All amounts stated in this Invoice are in New Israeli Shekels (ILS / ₪). The 18% VAT rate is applied in compliance with the Israeli Value Added Tax Law, 5736-1975.
6. For any disputes regarding this Invoice, the parties agree to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel Jerusalem. This document constitutes a legally binding financial record between the Graphic Designer service provider and the client.
