Payment Instructions & Important Notes
- Bank Transfer: Bank of Israel, Branch Tel Aviv – Allenby. Account Name: Orna Levi Design Studio Ltd. Account No.: 002-4455-6677. IBAN: IL15 0120 0000 0000 0024 4556 677. Please reference Invoice No. IL-TLV-2025-0047 in the transfer memo.
- Payment Deadline: This invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date, i.e., on or before July 15, 2025. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge in accordance with Israeli commercial law.
- VAT Compliance: All amounts are subject to 18% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Israel Tax Authority. A VAT receipt will be issued upon full settlement of this invoice.
- Deliverables: All final design files will be delivered via secure cloud link within five (5) business days of invoice approval. Source files (Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Photoshop) will be transferred upon receipt of full payment.
- Revisions: The scope of this invoice includes the revision rounds specified per line item. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at the Graphic Designer's standard hourly rate of ₪ 650.00 per hour.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this invoice shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tel Aviv District Court.
- Confidentiality: All design work produced under this engagement remains the intellectual property of the Graphic Designer until full payment is received. Upon settlement, all rights transfer to the client as per the master service agreement dated March 2, 2025.
