Invoice Terms & Conditions
1. Payment Terms: This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date via bank transfer to the IBAN specified above. Late payments are subject to a penalty of 1.5% per month in accordance with Italian commercial law (Codice Civile, Art. 1284).
2. Scope of Work: All Graphic Designer services described in this Invoice were performed in Italy Milan between 1 April 2025 and 30 May 2025. Any additional revisions beyond the three included rounds will be invoiced separately at the Graphic Designer’s standard hourly rate of €95.00.
3. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment of this Invoice, all final design assets, source files, and brand materials created by the Graphic Designer shall transfer ownership to Lombardi Fashion Group S.r.l. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display completed work in professional portfolios and industry publications, subject to a 90-day embargo period agreed upon in the original service contract.
4. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Graphic Designer services shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
5. Validity: This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Graphic Designer reserves the right to re-quote any outstanding balance due to potential changes in material costs or market conditions in Italy Milan.
6. Tax Compliance: This Invoice has been issued in compliance with Italian tax regulations (DPR 633/1972) and the electronic invoicing requirements of the Agenzia delle Entrate. A digital copy of this Invoice has been transmitted to the SDI (Sistema di Interscambio) on the date of issue.
