All intellectual property rights pertaining to the original graphic design works delivered under this Invoice remain the exclusive property of the Graphic Designer until full payment of the total invoice amount has been received. Upon complete settlement, a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the delivered design assets is granted to the client for the purposes specified in the original service agreement dated 28 February 2025.
This Invoice is subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Naples, Italy. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the services described herein shall be resolved in accordance with the Italian Civil Code and applicable regional regulations of the Campania region.
The Graphic Designer confirms that all services rendered were performed in full compliance with the Italian Workers' Statute (D.Lgs. 69/2003) and applicable data protection regulations (GDPR – EU 2016/679 and Italian Privacy Code D.Lgs. 196/2003 as amended).
