Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with Italian tax regulations (D.P.R. 633/1972) and applies to professional Graphic Design services rendered in Rome, Italy. The Graphic Designer is registered with the INPS Gestione Separata and the Agenzia delle Entrate in Rome.
2. All intellectual property rights to the final approved design deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment of this Invoice. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display the work in a professional portfolio for promotional purposes, subject to the client's written consent.
3. Source files (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) will be delivered in a secure digital folder upon receipt of the final payment. The Graphic Designer in Italy Rome guarantees a 12-month warranty against any technical defects in the delivered files.
4. Any additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be invoiced separately at the Graphic Designer's standard hourly rate of 95.00 EUR per hour, plus applicable VAT.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Graphic Designer reserves the right to reissue the document with updated terms.
