Payment Deadline: This invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date, no later than July 15, 2025. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under the Japan Tokyo commercial transaction regulations.
Tax Note: The 10% Consumption Tax (Shohi Zei) has been applied in accordance with the Japanese National Tax Agency guidelines. A formal tax invoice (Zeimukyo Chuko) is available upon request for the client's corporate tax filing in Japan Tokyo.
Scope Confirmation: All graphic design services listed above were performed by Kenji Tanaka Design Studio, a registered individual business operating in Minato-ku, Japan Tokyo. The client acknowledges receipt of all final deliverables as of June 14, 2025, and confirms satisfaction with the completed graphic design work.
Terms & Conditions
1. All intellectual property rights to the final graphic design deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment of this invoice. Until payment is received in full, the Graphic Designer retains all rights to the work.
2. This invoice is governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in Japan Tokyo.
3. The Graphic Designer is not liable for any third-party claims arising from the use of the design assets beyond the scope of services rendered.
4. Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be invoiced separately at the standard hourly rate of 12,000 JPY per hour.
