Terms & Conditions – Invoice Payment
This Invoice is issued by Almaty Creative Studio LLP, a registered Graphic Designer service provider operating in Almaty, Kazakhstan, in accordance with the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and applicable commercial regulations.
- Payment Due Date: Payment of the full Invoice amount of 2,308,525.00 KZT is due within 15 calendar days from the date of issue (by 30 June 2025). Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 0.1% per day as stipulated under Kazakhstan commercial law.
- Payment Method: Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the IBAN specified above (KZ85 9130 0000 0123 4567 89, Jusan Bank JSC, Almaty, Kazakhstan). Please reference Invoice number INV-ALM-2025-00472 in the payment remittance details.
- Deliverables: All final design files, source documents, and brand assets created by the Graphic Designer team will be delivered in agreed-upon formats within 5 business days of full payment confirmation. Interim files are provided for review purposes only and do not constitute final delivery.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full and final payment of this Invoice, all intellectual property rights to the completed Graphic Designer work, including logos, illustrations, and design elements, shall be transferred to Tengri Hospitality Group JSC. Almaty Creative Studio LLP retains the right to display completed work in its professional portfolio.
- Revisions: The scope of this Invoice includes up to three (3) rounds of revisions per deliverable. Additional revision requests beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately at a rate of 15,000 KZT per hour for the Graphic Designer's time.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Graphic Designer services shall be resolved through negotiation in Almaty, Kazakhstan. In the event of unresolved disputes, matters shall be submitted to the Almaty City Court in accordance with the jurisdiction of Kazakhstan.
- Tax Compliance: This Invoice includes Value Added Tax (VAT) at the standard rate of 12% as mandated by the Republic of Kazakhstan. A formal VAT receipt (scheck) will be issued upon receipt of payment.
