Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment Method: Bank Transfer to Creative Vision Design Studio, National Bank of Kuwait, Account No. 0045-8821-3367, SWIFT: NBKWKWKA.
Due Date: This Invoice must be settled in full within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. The due date is 30 June 2025.
Late Payment: A late payment surcharge of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with commercial practices in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
Currency: All amounts on this Invoice are denominated in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). No foreign currency conversions apply.
Disputes: Any disputes regarding this Invoice or the Graphic Designer services rendered shall be resolved under the commercial laws of the State of Kuwait. The parties agree to first attempt mediation before pursuing legal action in the courts of Kuwait City.
Notes & Additional Information
This Invoice is issued by Creative Vision Design Studio, a registered Graphic Designer practice operating in Kuwait, Kuwait City, for the professional design services rendered to Al-Nakheel Trading & Marketing LLC. All design work was performed in accordance with the scope of work outlined in Contract Reference CVDS-AN-2025-014, signed on 20 May 2025 in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
The Graphic Designer retains full intellectual property rights to all source files, templates, and design methodologies used in the creation of the deliverables. The client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the final design assets for internal and external marketing purposes within the State of Kuwait and internationally, subject to the terms of the master service agreement.
All deliverables were completed and handed over to the client at their office in Al-Rawda District, Kuwait City, Kuwait, on 12 June 2025. The client confirmed receipt and acceptance of all Graphic Designer work products in writing on the same date. This Invoice reflects the final and complete billing for the project scope as defined in the original contract.
