All amounts are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) and are subject to the prevailing Sales and Service Tax (SST) rate as administered by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN), Kuala Lumpur.

1. All Graphic Designer deliverables referenced in this Invoice have been approved in writing by the Creative Director of Horizon Media Group Sdn. Bhd. No further revisions beyond the agreed scope are included in this Invoice.
2. Source files (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) will be transferred via secure cloud link within five (5) business days of full payment receipt. Ownership of all final design assets transfers to the client upon clearance of this Invoice.
3. PixelCraft Design Studio, operating from Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
4. This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document under the Contracts Act 1950 of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
