Notes Regarding This Invoice
This Invoice has been issued by PixelCraft Design Studio, a registered Graphic Designer firm operating in Mexico Mexico City, in accordance with the commercial agreement signed on April 28, 2025, between the parties. All Graphic Designer services listed above were performed in compliance with the creative brief and specifications approved by the client. The Graphic Designer team in Mexico Mexico City confirms that all deliverables have been provided in the agreed-upon file formats (AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, and SVG) and that full intellectual property rights transfer upon receipt of the final payment indicated on this Invoice.
Please note that this Invoice is valid for 30 days from the issue date. Any Graphic Designer services rendered beyond the scope defined in the original contract will be subject to a separate Invoice. The client is requested to review this Invoice carefully and confirm acceptance within five (5) business days of receipt. In the event of any discrepancy, the client should contact the billing department of PixelCraft Design Studio in Mexico Mexico City within the stated period.
Payment Terms: Net 30 days from the date of this Invoice. Payment is due no later than July 15, 2025. Late payments will be subject to a monthly interest rate of 1.5% in accordance with Mexican commercial law (Código de Comercio). Please reference Invoice No. MXC-GD-2025-0047 on all remittances.
