Payment Terms
Payment due within 15 calendar days from the invoice issue date.
5% early payment discount applies if settled before 22 June 2025.
Late payments incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Moroccan commercial law.
Payments must be made in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) via bank transfer.
Terms & Conditions – Graphic Designer Invoice
- This Invoice is issued by a registered freelance Graphic Designer operating in Casablanca, Morocco, in full compliance with the Moroccan Tax Code and the regulations of the Direction Générale des Impôts (DGI).
- All intellectual property rights to the final delivered Graphic Designer work products shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice. Until such payment is received, all designs, drafts, and source files remain the exclusive property of the Graphic Designer.
- The Graphic Designer reserves the right to display completed work in a professional portfolio for marketing purposes, unless a separate non-disclosure agreement has been executed prior to project commencement.
- Any additional revisions beyond the three (3) included rounds will be billed at a rate of 800 MAD per hour, subject to a minimum charge of two (2) hours per session.
- This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Casablanca.
- The client acknowledges that all deliverables have been reviewed and approved in writing (email confirmation is acceptable) prior to the final payment milestone. No further modifications will be accepted after final sign-off without a supplementary Invoice.
- Applicable Moroccan Value Added Tax (TVA) at the standard rate of 20% has been calculated and included in this Invoice as required by Moroccan fiscal regulations.
