Payment Terms & Conditions
- Payment Due: Within 15 days from the Invoice date (i.e., by 30 June 2025).
- Payment Method: Bank transfer to Nabil Bank Ltd., Thamel Branch, Kathmandu, Nepal. Account Name: PixelCraft Design Studio. Account No: 001-0045-67890. SWIFT: NBLKNPKN.
- Advance Payment: 50% advance was received on 01 June 2025 (NPR 156,340.00) as per the service agreement. The remaining balance of NPR 156,340.00 is due upon final delivery and client sign-off.
- Late Payment: A penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied on overdue amounts as per the terms of the Graphic Designer service contract.
- Currency: All amounts are quoted and payable in Nepalese Rupees (NPR). International payments in USD will be converted at the Nepal Rastra Bank's prevailing rate on the date of payment.
Notes & Additional Information
This Invoice covers all Graphic Designer services rendered by PixelCraft Design Studio, Nepal Kathmandu, for the period of 01 June 2025 to 15 June 2025. All source files (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma) will be transferred to the client upon full payment clearance. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display completed work in their professional portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the issue date.
