Notes & Terms of Service
1. This Invoice is issued by Studio Visueel B.V., a registered Graphic Designer practice operating from Netherlands Amsterdam, in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed upon in the Service Agreement dated 28 April 2025 (Reference: SA-2025-0012).
2. All intellectual property rights to the final deliverables, including but not limited to logos, brand guidelines, and design assets, shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice. Until such payment is received, the Graphic Designer retains all copyrights and reproduction rights.
3. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. In the event of late payment, interest at the statutory rate of 8% per annum shall apply, as governed by Article 6:119a of the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek). Additionally, a fixed compensation of €40 for collection costs shall be charged.
4. This Invoice is valid for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the issue date. After this period, the Invoice may be reissued with updated terms.
5. All services rendered by the Graphic Designer were performed in compliance with Dutch labor regulations, applicable tax obligations in Netherlands Amsterdam, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding any personal data processed during the project.
6. Should the client require any additional revisions beyond the two rounds included in this Invoice, a separate quotation will be provided by the Graphic Designer at the standard hourly rate of €95.00 plus applicable VAT.
7. This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document under Dutch commercial law. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
