Terms and Conditions – Invoice INV-AKL-2025-0347
- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for all Graphic Designer services rendered by PixelCraft Design Studio, a registered business operating in New Zealand Auckland, to Harbourview Retail Group Ltd.
- All design work, intellectual property, and creative assets created by our Graphic Designer team remain the property of PixelCraft Design Studio until full payment of this Invoice has been received and cleared.
- Upon receipt of full payment, all rights to the final deliverables, source files, and brand assets will be transferred to the client in accordance with the original service agreement dated 28 April 2025.
- This Invoice is subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current New Zealand rate of 15%, as administered by the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) of New Zealand.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved in accordance with New Zealand law and may be referred to the Disputes Tribunal in Auckland, New Zealand.
- Additional revisions beyond the three included rounds will be billed at the Graphic Designer's standard hourly rate of $135.00 NZD per hour, subject to prior written approval.
- PixelCraft Design Studio operates from its registered premises in New Zealand Auckland and is fully insured for professional indemnity and public liability in accordance with New Zealand business regulations.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice may be subject to re-evaluation of rates and terms.
