Please note that a late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month will apply to any balance outstanding after the due date of 28 June 2025, in accordance with the New Zealand Late Payment of Debts Regulations 2020. All amounts are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required by the Inland Revenue Department of New Zealand.
Terms & Conditions – Graphic Designer Services Agreement
1. All work produced by Aria Mitchell Design Studio as a Graphic Designer is the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice. No source files, working documents, or intermediate deliverables shall be reproduced, distributed, or shared with third parties without written consent.
2. This Invoice represents the final and complete billing for all Graphic Designer services described herein. Any additional work, scope changes, or requests beyond the agreed project brief will be invoiced separately at the standard hourly rate of NZD $165.00 per hour.
3. All design files are delivered in industry-standard formats (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Figma, PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF). The client acknowledges that font licensing is the responsibility of the end user and that certain typefaces may require separate commercial licences for extended use.
4. This Invoice and all associated services are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand or the District Court of Wellington, New Zealand, as appropriate.
5. The Graphic Designer reserves the right to display completed work in professional portfolios, case studies, and award submissions, unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to project completion.
6. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice may be reissued with updated pricing if applicable rates have changed.
