Notes & Important Information
This Invoice is issued by PixelCraft Design Studio, a registered Graphic Designer firm operating in Nigeria Lagos, in accordance with the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) guidelines for commercial invoicing in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. All design deliverables referenced in this Invoice have been completed and approved by the client prior to the issuance of this document. The Graphic Designer retains full intellectual property rights over all source files until the Grand Total Due amount is received in full. Upon clearance of payment, all rights and licenses transfer to the client as stipulated in the master service agreement dated 02 May 2025. This Invoice is valid for thirty (30) days from the Invoice Date. Late payments beyond the Due Date shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as per Nigerian commercial law. Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document between PixelCraft Design Studio (the Graphic Designer) and Savanna Foods & Beverages Ltd. (the Client) for services rendered in Nigeria Lagos.
2. All amounts stated in this Invoice are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of applicable taxes as indicated.
3. The Graphic Designer reserves the right to suspend further work or withhold final file delivery until all outstanding balances on this Invoice are settled in full.
4. Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Nigeria Lagos in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.
5. This Invoice is non-transferable and non-assignable without prior written consent from both parties.
6. The Graphic Designer is not liable for any third-party claims arising from the use of design elements unless such elements were explicitly provided by the Client.
