Payment Due: This Invoice must be settled within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date. Late payments will attract a penalty of 2% per month as per the commercial terms agreed upon in Pakistan Islamabad.
Refund Policy: All design work is bespoke. Once the Graphic Designer has delivered final files, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued. Revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.
Tax Compliance: This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) guidelines of Pakistan. A withholding tax certificate, if applicable, must be submitted to our accounts department within Pakistan Islamabad within 30 days.
Additional Notes
This Invoice covers all Graphic Designer services rendered by PixelCraft Design Studio for the period of 10 May 2025 to 12 June 2025. All source files (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) will be transferred to the client upon full settlement of this Invoice. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display completed work in their professional portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
