Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
This Invoice is issued by CreativePixel Studio, a registered Graphic Designer and creative agency operating in Pakistan Karachi, in accordance with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) invoicing guidelines. All design work referenced in this Invoice has been completed and delivered to the client between 01 May 2025 and 10 June 2025.
The Graphic Designer assigned to this project, Sana Khalid, has provided all source files, layered documents, and brand asset libraries as specified in the original service agreement dated 12 April 2025. All intellectual property rights for the final deliverables transfer to the client upon full settlement of this Invoice.
Any additional revisions beyond the three included rounds will be billed separately at PKR 15,000 per revision cycle. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Late payments will attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per the terms of our service agreement.
Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice constitutes a binding financial document between CreativePixel Studio (Graphic Designer, Pakistan Karachi) and Al-Madina Textiles (Pvt.) Ltd.
- Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date. The due date for this Invoice is 30 June 2025.
- All rates quoted in this Invoice are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of the Graphic Designer's professional expertise, software licensing, and project management overhead.
- Sales Tax at 18% is applicable as per Sindh Sales Tax Act, Pakistan. Withholding Tax at 2% has been deducted as mandated by FBR Pakistan for professional services.
- The client agrees that all intermediate design concepts, mood boards, and exploratory work remain the intellectual property of the Graphic Designer and CreativePixel Studio until final payment is received.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Karachi under the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan.
- This Invoice must be retained by the client for a minimum of 7 years as per FBR record-keeping requirements.
- No part of the design work referenced in this Invoice may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent from CreativePixel Studio.
