Important Notes and Terms
- This Invoice covers all Graphic Designer services rendered by PixelCraft Design Studio for the period of May 1 through May 31, 2025. All work was performed by licensed professionals based in Peru Lima.
- All intellectual property rights to the final approved designs transfer to the client upon full payment of this Invoice. Source files (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma) will be delivered in a secure cloud folder within five business days of payment confirmation.
- Any additional revisions beyond the three included rounds will be billed at the Graphic Designer's standard hourly rate of S/ 85.00 per hour, subject to a separate Invoice.
- All designs comply with Peruvian intellectual property law (Ley N° 27808) and INDECOPI registration requirements. The Graphic Designer warrants that all work is original and does not infringe upon third-party rights.
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the SUNAT (Superintendencia Nacional de Administración Tributaria) electronic invoicing regulations. A digital copy of this Invoice has been registered in the SUNAT system under code 2025-0615-PC-00487.
- For any disputes regarding this Invoice or the services described herein, both parties agree to resolve matters through mediation in the courts of Lima, Peru, in accordance with the Peruvian Civil Code.
- PixelCraft Design Studio is a registered business entity in Peru Lima, operating under the commercial name "PixelCraft Design Studio S.A.C." with RUC 20601234567. All Graphic Designer services are provided under a professional services contract dated April 20, 2025.
