Notes & Terms of Service
1. This Invoice is issued by PixelCraft Design Studio, a registered Graphic Designer service provider operating in Philippines Manila, in compliance with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations of the Republic of the Philippines.
2. All Graphic Designer deliverables listed in this Invoice are subject to the final approval process. Ownership of all design assets transfers to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice.
3. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance beyond the due date, in accordance with Philippine commercial law.
4. Any additional revisions beyond the three (3) included rounds will be billed separately at the standard Graphic Designer hourly rate of PHP 1,500.00 per hour.
5. This Invoice is valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issue. After this period, the rates and terms may be subject to revision.
6. All services rendered by our Graphic Designer team are performed in Philippines Manila and are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines.
7. Please retain this Invoice for your company's tax records. An official BIR-registered Official Receipt (OR) will be issued upon confirmation of payment receipt.
