Invoice Notes
This Invoice is issued by Al Noor Creative Studio LLC, a registered Graphic Designer firm operating in Qatar Doha, in accordance with the service agreement dated 20 May 2025 between the parties.
All graphic design deliverables referenced in this Invoice have been completed and approved by the client's creative director prior to the issuance of this document. Final files have been transferred via secure cloud storage as per the agreed delivery protocol.
Please note that this Invoice covers all graphic design services rendered during the billing period of 01 June 2025 to 15 June 2025. Any additional revisions or services requested beyond the scope defined in the original contract will be invoiced separately.
The Graphic Designer retains full intellectual property rights over all source files, templates, and design methodologies. The client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for their commercial purposes within Qatar and internationally.

Terms and Conditions
- This Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments will incur a penalty of 2% per month as per Qatar commercial law.
- All graphic design work referenced in this Invoice is considered complete upon written acceptance by the client. No further revisions will be accepted after the due date without a separate written agreement.
- The Graphic Designer is not liable for any third-party claims regarding the use of the delivered designs, provided the client has confirmed all content, imagery, and text used in the final deliverables.
- This Invoice is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through the competent courts in Doha, Qatar.
- Failure to settle this Invoice by the due date may result in suspension of ongoing graphic design services and escalation to formal collection procedures in Qatar Doha.
- All amounts stated in this Invoice are in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and are inclusive of applicable Qatar Value Added Tax (VAT) at the standard rate of 5%.
