Payment Deadline: This Invoice must be settled in full no later than 30 June 2025. Late payments are subject to a penalty of 0.1% per calendar day of delay, in accordance with Article 317.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

Additional Notes & Terms
1. All Graphic Designer services described in this Invoice are to be performed by qualified professionals at the PixelCraft Design Studio office located in Moscow, Russia, or remotely as agreed upon by both parties.
2. Final deliverables will be provided in industry-standard formats (AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, MP4, SVG) within 5 business days of final client approval.
3. The client retains full intellectual property rights to all completed design work upon full payment of this Invoice. PixelCraft Design Studio reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise specified in a separate confidentiality agreement.
4. Any additional revisions beyond the scope defined in this Invoice will be billed separately at a rate of 8,500.00 RUB per hour for the Graphic Designer's time.
5. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow.
6. This Invoice is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the due date, the Invoice may be reissued with updated pricing if applicable.
