- Payment Deadline: This Invoice must be settled in full within 30 calendar days from the issue date (by July 15, 2025). Late payments will incur a penalty of 0.1% per day as stipulated under Russian Civil Code Article 395.
- Deliverables: All final files (AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, SVG) will be delivered via secure cloud link within 5 business days of full payment confirmation. Source files remain the intellectual property of the Graphic Designer until final payment is received.
