Terms & Conditions

1. Payment for this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as per Saudi Arabian commercial law.

2. All design work and intellectual property rights transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice. Until such payment is received, the Graphic Designer retains all copyrights to the created works.

3. Any additional revisions beyond the three included rounds will be billed at a rate of SAR 350 per hour, subject to a separate Invoice.

4. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Graphic Designer reserves the right to re-quote the services listed herein.

5. All disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jeddah.

6. The Graphic Designer shall not be held liable for any third-party claims regarding the use of the designed materials once delivered and approved by the client in writing.
