Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by Al-Riyadh Creative Studio, a registered Graphic Designer service provider operating in Saudi Arabia Riyadh, in accordance with the terms outlined in Service Agreement No. SA-2025-0089 dated 1 June 2025.
Please remit payment of SAR 78,845.00 (Seventy-Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-Five Saudi Riyals) via bank transfer to the IBAN specified above. Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the issue date of this Invoice, i.e., no later than 30 June 2025.
All graphic design deliverables referenced in this Invoice will be provided in industry-standard formats (AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, SVG, and MP4) upon full and final payment. Source files remain the intellectual property of the Graphic Designer and Al-Riyadh Creative Studio until the final payment is confirmed in writing.
This Invoice is subject to the 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) of Saudi Arabia. The VAT amount is calculated on the subtotal less any applicable discounts.

Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for graphic design services rendered by the Graphic Designer and Al-Riyadh Creative Studio to Al-Nakheel Development Company in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
2. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, in compliance with Saudi Arabian commercial law and the terms of the master service agreement.
3. All work products, including but not limited to logos, illustrations, layouts, and digital assets, are the exclusive property of Al-Riyadh Creative Studio until full payment is received. Upon payment, a perpetual, non-exclusive license is granted to the client for commercial use within Saudi Arabia and internationally.
4. The Graphic Designer reserves the right to display completed work in professional portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless a separate non-disclosure agreement is in place.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, a revised Invoice may be issued to reflect any applicable price adjustments or currency fluctuations.
6. All disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
