Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the Graphic Designer's designated account. Please reference Invoice Number INV-2025-0847 in your payment remittance. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the Graphic Designer service contract. All amounts are denominated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and subject to the prevailing GST rate applicable in Singapore Singapore. The Graphic Designer reserves the right to suspend ongoing work if payment is not received by the due date.
Notes & Terms of Service
1. This Invoice represents the final billing for all Graphic Designer services rendered between 1 March 2025 and 14 June 2025 for the project "Meridian Rebrand 2025" in Singapore Singapore.
2. All intellectual property rights to the final Graphic Designer deliverables transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice. Until such payment is received, the Graphic Designer retains all copyrights and reproduction rights.
3. Source files (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) will be delivered within five (5) business days of Invoice settlement. The Graphic Designer will provide a comprehensive file handover session.
4. Any additional Graphic Designer work requested after the scope defined in this Invoice will be quoted separately and invoiced as a supplementary Invoice.
5. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. The Graphic Designer in Singapore Singapore is registered under the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) and all GST charges are compliant with local tax regulations.
6. For queries regarding this Invoice or the Graphic Designer services provided, please contact the undersigned directly. All disputes shall be resolved under the laws of Singapore Singapore.
