Note: This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Payment is due within 14 days of the Invoice date. A 5% early payment discount applies if the full amount is settled within 7 days. The Graphic Designer reserves the right to withhold final source file delivery until full payment has been received and cleared.
Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for Graphic Design services rendered by Thabo Mokoena Creative Studio, a registered design practice operating in South Africa Cape Town, to Atlantic Coast Marketing Group (Pty) Ltd.
2. All work described in this Invoice was performed in accordance with the signed Service Agreement dated 02 May 2025. The Graphic Designer has fulfilled all obligations as outlined in the project scope document.
3. Ownership of all final design assets transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment. Until such time, the Graphic Designer retains all intellectual property rights over the creative work, including the right to display the work in a professional portfolio.
4. Late payments on this Invoice will attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, calculated from the due date, in accordance with the National Credit Act of South Africa.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa, before any legal proceedings are initiated.
6. This Invoice is subject to the VAT Act (No. 89 of 1991) of the Republic of South Africa. The 15% VAT charged is in compliance with the South African Revenue Service (SARS) regulations.
7. The Graphic Designer warrants that all work delivered is original and does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. Stock imagery and licensed fonts used in the deliverables are covered under commercial licences valid for the client's intended use.
8. This Invoice does not include costs for additional revision rounds beyond the two included, third-party licensing fees, or expedited delivery surcharges. Any such additional services will be itemised on a supplementary Invoice.
