Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by Kim Min-Ji Design Studio, a registered Graphic Designer operating in South Korea Seoul, for professional creative design services rendered to Seoul Tech Ventures Co., Ltd. All design work was completed in accordance with the project brief and creative direction established during the initial consultation in South Korea Seoul.
Payment Method: Bank Transfer — IBK Industrial Bank of Korea, Account: 000-123-456789, Account Holder: Kim Min-Ji Design Studio, Branch: Seongdong-gu, South Korea Seoul.
Reference: Please include Invoice Number INV-2025-0847 in your payment reference to ensure proper accounting reconciliation.
Delivery: All final design files (AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, SVG formats) have been delivered via secure cloud storage link. Source files for the Graphic Designer project remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment of this Invoice.
Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the Invoice date. Payment is due within 30 days of the Invoice date as per the agreed payment terms between the Graphic Designer and the client in South Korea Seoul.
2. Late payments shall incur a penalty interest of 1.5% per month as stipulated under the Korean Commercial Act. The Graphic Designer reserves the right to suspend ongoing services if payment is not received by the due date.
3. All designs and creative work produced by the Graphic Designer under this Invoice become the sole property of the client upon receipt of full payment. Until such payment is confirmed, all intellectual property rights remain with Kim Min-Ji Design Studio.
4. Any additional revisions beyond the scope defined in the project agreement will be billed separately at the Graphic Designer's standard hourly rate of 150,000 KRW per hour.
5. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Seoul Central District Court in South Korea Seoul.
6. The Graphic Designer warrants that all work delivered is original and does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. All stock assets used are properly licensed for commercial use in South Korea Seoul and internationally.
