Payment Terms & Notes
This Invoice is issued by PixelCraft Studio S.L., a registered Graphic Designer and creative services company operating in Spain Barcelona, in accordance with the Spanish Tax Agency (Agencia Tributaria) regulations and the Ley 58/2003 General Tax Law. Payment of the full amount of 10,635.90 EUR is due within 30 calendar days from the issue date of this Invoice, no later than 15 July 2025.
Payment may be made via bank transfer to the following account: IBAN: ES91 2100 0418 4502 0005 1332 (Banco Santander, Barcelona branch). Please reference Invoice number PC-2025-0347 in the transfer description. Late payments will incur a penalty interest rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Spanish commercial law (Ley 3/2004 on Late Payment in Commercial Transactions).
All graphic design work delivered under this Invoice remains the intellectual property of PixelCraft Studio S.L. until full payment has been received and confirmed. Upon settlement, all rights to the final deliverables transfer to the client. Source files (AI, PSD, INDD) are included in the handover package. Any additional revisions beyond the three included rounds will be billed at a rate of 85 EUR per hour, as agreed upon by the Graphic Designer project lead.
