Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by PixelCraft Design Studio, a registered Graphic Designer service provider operating in Sri Lanka Colombo. The total amount of LKR 806,820.00 (Eight Hundred and Six Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Sri Lankan Rupees) is due within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025.
Payment may be made via bank transfer to: Commercial Bank of Ceylon, A/C No: 1010-0456-789, Branch: Colombo Head Office, Sri Lanka. Please reference Invoice No. PC-2025-0347 in your payment remarks.
A late payment surcharge of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date. This Invoice becomes null and void if payment is not received within 45 days of the issue date.
Notes & Additional Information
All design deliverables referenced in this Invoice have been completed and approved by the client's marketing team. Source files (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) will be transferred to the client upon full settlement of this Invoice. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display completed work in their professional portfolio unless a separate non-disclosure agreement is in place.
PixelCraft Design Studio is a licensed Graphic Designer firm registered under the Companies Act of Sri Lanka, operating from its primary studio in Sri Lanka Colombo. All services rendered comply with the Sri Lankan Intellectual Property Act and applicable design industry standards. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
