Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice must be settled in full within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the account listed above or by certified cheque payable to Nile Creative Studio, Khartoum, Sudan. A late payment surcharge of 2% per month will apply to any outstanding balance after the due date. The client acknowledges that all graphic design work described in this Invoice is the exclusive intellectual property of Nile Creative Studio until full payment is received. Upon clearance of this Invoice, all source files, templates, and brand assets will be transferred to the client permanently. This Invoice is governed by the commercial laws of the Republic of the Sudan, and any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Khartoum.
Notes & Additional Information
The Graphic Designer, Eng. Ahmed El-Tahir Osman, confirms that all services rendered under this Invoice were performed in accordance with the project brief agreed upon on 20 May 2025. All deliverables were completed and submitted to the client's office in Al-Obeid Street, Khartoum, on 12 June 2025. The client has reviewed and approved all final files. Should the client require additional graphic design services beyond the scope of this Invoice, a separate quotation and amended Invoice will be issued. Nile Creative Studio is registered and operates from Sudan Khartoum and is fully compliant with all local tax and business regulations. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
