Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by PixelCraft Design Studio, a registered Graphic Designer firm operating in Tanzania Dar es Salaam, in accordance with the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) regulations and the Tanzania Business Name and Company Name Act.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this Invoice, i.e., on or before 30 June 2025.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: NMB Bank PLC, Account Name: PixelCraft Design Studio, Account No: 0012-3456-7890, Branch: Mikocheni, Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
- A late payment penalty of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in compliance with Tanzanian commercial law.
- All deliverables remain the intellectual property of the Graphic Designer until full payment of this Invoice has been received and confirmed in writing.
- This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the issue date. After this period, the rates and terms may be subject to revision.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Tanzania Dar es Salaam under the Arbitration Act, Cap. 20 of the Laws of Tanzania.
