Notes & Important Information
This Invoice has been issued in accordance with the Graphic Designer Service Agreement (Contract No. SHA-CPS-2025-012) signed on 5 January 2025 between Creative Pixel Studio Co., Ltd. and Siam Horizon Retail Group Co., Ltd.
All graphic design deliverables referenced in this Invoice were produced and finalized at our studio located in Thailand Bangkok. The lead Graphic Designer, Mr. Nattapong Srisuwan, personally oversaw all creative direction, design execution, and quality assurance for each project milestone.
Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty interest of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Thai Commercial Code Section 224. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
All intellectual property rights to the final approved designs transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice. Until such payment is received, Creative Pixel Studio Co., Ltd. retains all copyrights and reproduction rights to the Graphic Designer work products.
This Invoice is subject to the VAT regulations of the Thailand Revenue Department. A VAT-registered Tax Invoice (Fap Tur) will be provided upon request for your corporate tax filing purposes.
Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for professional Graphic Designer services rendered in Thailand Bangkok during the period of January 2025 through June 2025.
2. All design work was completed in compliance with the Thai Copyright Act B.E. 2537 (1994) and applicable intellectual property regulations.
3. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thailand Bangkok.
4. The Graphic Designer service scope is strictly limited to the deliverables enumerated in this Invoice. Additional design requests will be quoted separately and require a written change order.
5. Creative Pixel Studio Co., Ltd. is a registered company under the Thai Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce, and operates in full compliance with all local and national business regulations in Thailand Bangkok.
