Payment Instructions & Invoice Notes
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code and the applicable regulations of the Republic of Turkey. All amounts are denominated in Turkish Lira (TRY) and are subject to the standard 20% Value Added Tax (KDV) as mandated by the Turkish Revenue Administration.

- Payment Deadline: This Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by Turkish commercial law.
- Deliverables: All final design files (AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, SVG) will be delivered via secure cloud transfer within five business days of full payment confirmation.
- Revisions: This Invoice covers two rounds of revisions per project phase. Additional revision cycles will be billed at the hourly rate specified above.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full settlement of this Invoice, all rights to the final Graphic Designer deliverables shall transfer to the client. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display the work in a professional portfolio.
