Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice covers all Graphic Designer services rendered by PixelCraft Design Studio, Kampala, Uganda, for the period of 10 May 2025 to 12 June 2025. All design work has been completed and approved by the client's creative team.
2. All source files (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) will be transferred via a secure cloud link within 48 hours of full payment confirmation. Final print-ready PDFs are included at no additional cost.
3. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) tax regulations. The 18% VAT has been applied as required for registered businesses operating in Kampala, Uganda.
4. Any additional design requests or scope changes beyond the agreed deliverables will be quoted separately and require a written change order signed by both parties before work commences.
5. PixelCraft Design Studio retains full intellectual property rights over all original design concepts until final payment is received in full. Upon payment, all rights to the approved deliverables transfer to Acacia Ventures Ltd.
