Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Payment is due within 15 calendar days of the Invoice date as per the agreed terms between the Graphic Designer (PixelCraft Design Studio LLC) and the client.
2. Late payments are subject to a penalty of 2% per month or the maximum rate permitted under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 50 of 2022 (Commercial Transactions Law), whichever is lower.
3. All intellectual property rights to the final delivered design assets transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display the work in their professional portfolio.
4. This Invoice is subject to the VAT (Value Added Tax) at the standard rate of 5% as mandated by the Federal Tax Authority of the United Arab Emirates. The TRN of both parties is stated above for compliance purposes.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the competent courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
