Invoice Notes & Terms
Payment Terms: This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days of the issue date. Payment is due no later than 15 July 2025. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, as permitted under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Scope of Work: All Graphic Designer services listed on this Invoice have been completed and approved by the client as per the signed Statement of Work dated 20 May 2025. No further revisions are included beyond those specified in line item 05.
Intellectual Property: Upon full and final payment of this Invoice, all rights, title, and interest in the Graphic Designer deliverables shall transfer to Thamesline Marketing Ltd. Until such payment is received in full, PixelCraft Design Studio retains all copyright and intellectual property rights over the work produced.
Disputes: Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of London, United Kingdom.
