Final source files (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) have been transferred via secure cloud link. Please confirm receipt of all deliverables within five working days of the invoice date.
Late Payment: In accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, interest on overdue amounts will accrue at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate per annum. This invoice is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Manchester, United Kingdom.
