Additional Notes & Terms
This Invoice covers all Graphic Designer services rendered by Vasquez Creative Studio LLC during the period of May 1, 2025, through June 10, 2025, for the client Meridian Hospitality Group Inc. All work was performed in compliance with the creative brief approved on April 28, 2025, and all deliverables were accepted in writing by the client's marketing department on June 10, 2025.
All intellectual property rights to the final approved designs transfer to Meridian Hospitality Group Inc. upon full payment of this Invoice. Source files (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma) are included in the deliverable package. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display completed work in professional portfolios and case studies unless a separate non-disclosure agreement is executed.
Vasquez Creative Studio LLC is a registered business entity operating in United States New York City and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local tax regulations. This Invoice has been prepared in accordance with the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance guidelines for service-based transactions. The 8.875% sales tax rate reflects the combined New York State (4%), New York City (4.5%), and Metropolitan Commuter Transportation District (0.375%) tax rates applicable to graphic design services in United States New York City.
