Due Date: This Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date, no later than July 15, 2025. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge as permitted under California Commercial Code Section 2804.
1. This Invoice represents the final and complete billing for all Graphic Designer services rendered by Elena Vasquez Design Studio to Pacific Crest Ventures LLC for the period of April 7, 2025 through June 13, 2025. All work was performed in the United States San Francisco metropolitan area.
2. Upon full payment of this Invoice, all intellectual property rights, copyrights, and ownership of the final design deliverables (including but not limited to logos, brand assets, packaging artwork, and website mockups) shall transfer irrevocably to the client. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display completed work in professional portfolios and case studies unless a separate non-disclosure agreement is in effect.
3. All design files are delivered in industry-standard formats. The Graphic Designer provides one (1) complimentary round of minor revisions (up to 4 hours) within fourteen (14) days of final delivery. Additional revision requests will be billed at the Graphic Designer's standard hourly rate of $145.00 per hour.
4. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Graphic Designer services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, United States, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
5. The Graphic Designer confirms that all work performed under this Invoice was created independently and does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. All stock imagery, fonts, and third-party assets used in the deliverables are properly licensed for commercial use.
6. Please retain this Invoice for your tax and accounting records. A duplicate copy may be requested by contacting the Graphic Designer's office at the address listed above. This document serves as the official Invoice for all services described herein.
