Terms and Conditions
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the issue date. Payment is due within 15 days of the Invoice date as per the agreed payment terms.
- All design work and deliverables described in this Invoice are the exclusive property of Tashkent Digital Marketing LLC upon full and final payment. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display completed work in a professional portfolio for marketing purposes, subject to client approval.
- Any additional revisions beyond the three included rounds will be billed at a rate of 500,000 UZS per hour, as agreed upon by both parties in writing.
- Late payments are subject to a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through the commercial courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
- The Graphic Designer warrants that all work delivered is original and does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. All stock assets used are properly licensed for commercial use in Uzbekistan Tashkent and internationally.
- Source files will be delivered in Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Adobe Photoshop (.psd), Adobe InDesign (.indd), and PDF formats. The client acknowledges that the Graphic Designer is not responsible for file compatibility issues on the client's end.
- This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document between the parties. No modifications to the scope, pricing, or terms are valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
