Important Notice: This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Graphic Designer service agreement dated 25 May 2025 between the undersigned Graphic Designer and Saigon Creative Media Co., Ltd. All design work was performed in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. The client acknowledges that all intellectual property rights to the final deliverables shall transfer upon full payment of this Invoice. Any late payment beyond the due date of 30 June 2025 shall incur a penalty of 0.05% per day as stipulated in the service contract. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. For any disputes regarding this Invoice, both parties agree to resolve matters through negotiation in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City before pursuing legal action under Vietnamese commercial law.
