4. In the event of a dispute regarding the quality of services provided, clients are encouraged to contact our Brisbane studio manager within 7 days of the service date. We are committed to resolving all matters in good faith in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Late payments exceeding the 14-day payment window may incur a late fee of 2% per month as permitted under Queensland commercial tenancy and service agreements.
