Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
1. This Invoice is issued by Crown & Shear Hairdresser Studio, a registered Hairdresser business operating in Bangladesh Dhaka under the Bangladesh Trade License Act. All services are subject to our standard terms of service.
2. Payment overdue beyond the due date stated on this Invoice will incur a late fee of 2% per month, in accordance with Bangladesh Dhaka commercial billing practices.
3. All Hairdresser services listed on this Invoice are non-refundable once the service has been commenced. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
4. This Invoice serves as the official record of transaction between the Hairdresser provider and the client. In case of any discrepancy, please contact our billing office in Bangladesh Dhaka within 7 days of the service date.
5. VAT and Service Tax are calculated as per the Bangladesh National Board of Revenue (NBR) guidelines applicable to Hairdresser and personal care services in Bangladesh Dhaka for the fiscal year 2024–2025.
6. By accepting this Invoice, the client acknowledges satisfaction with the Hairdresser services rendered and agrees to the payment terms outlined herein.
