Payment Instructions
This Invoice is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Invoice date, no later than June 28, 2025. Please reference Invoice number LS-2025-04872 with all payments.

A late payment fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of British Columbia.
Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice has been issued by Luxe Strand Hair Studio, a licensed Hairdresser and cosmetology business operating in the City of Vancouver, Province of British Columbia, Canada. All services were performed at our Canada Vancouver location on West Georgia Street.
2. All Hairdresser services listed on this Invoice were performed by certified professionals holding valid licenses issued by the British Columbia College of Hairstyling. The Hairdresser assigned to each service is noted in the table above for your records.
3. The GST (Goods and Services Tax) of 5% and PST (Provincial Sales Tax) of 7% have been applied in accordance with the tax regulations of Canada and the Province of British Columbia. As a registered business in Canada Vancouver, we are required to collect and remit these taxes to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and the BC Ministry of Finance.
4. This Invoice constitutes a formal record of services rendered. Please retain a copy for your personal tax records. If you require a duplicate Invoice or a corrected Invoice, please contact our billing department within 30 days of the original Invoice date.
5. All Hairdresser services are subject to our standard cancellation and no-show policy. A 50% fee applies to appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. This policy is outlined in the client agreement signed at the time of booking.
6. Product warranties: All at-home hair care products sold with this Invoice carry a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Unused products in original packaging may be returned to our Canada Vancouver studio for a full refund.
7. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, BC.
