- This Invoice constitutes a formal billing document issued by Crown & Cascade Hairdresser, a registered business operating in Ethiopia Addis Ababa under the Ethiopian Ministry of Trade and Regional Integration license No. ET-TR-2019-4471.
- All prices listed on this Invoice are denominated in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) and are inclusive of applicable materials and products used during the Hairdresser service session.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of the Invoice date. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer to the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia account listed above, and approved mobile money transfers (Telebirr, CBE Birr).
- Any dispute regarding the services described in this Invoice must be raised in writing within seven (7) days of the service date. Our Hairdresser management team in Ethiopia Addis Ababa will review and respond within five business days.
- Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations will be subject to a 50% fee of the booked Hairdresser service as stated on this Invoice.
