Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
1. This Invoice is issued by Crown & Curl Hairdresser Studio, a registered Hairdresser business operating in Ghana Accra, and is valid for payment within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date stated above.
2. All prices listed on this Invoice are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of applicable Ghana Revenue Authority Value Added Tax (VAT) at the standard rate of 15%, as well as the 3% local service tax levied by the Ghana Accra Municipal Assembly.
3. Late payments on this Invoice will attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance, calculated from the due date. The Hairdresser reserves the right to suspend ongoing services until the Invoice balance is settled in full.
4. All Hairdresser services rendered as detailed in this Invoice are non-refundable once the service has been completed. In the event of a client cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service value will be applied and reflected on a revised Invoice.
5. The Hairdresser guarantees all workmanship performed in accordance with the standards set by the Ghana National Association of Hairdressers and Cosmetologists. Any defects in the Hairdresser's workmanship discovered within seven (7) days of service completion will be remedied at no additional cost.
6. This Invoice does not constitute a warranty on the longevity of hair treatments, as results may vary depending on the client's hair type, aftercare routine, and environmental conditions in Ghana Accra's tropical climate.
7. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through amicable negotiation between the Hairdresser and the client. Should resolution not be reached, the matter shall be referred to the Ghana Accra Small Claims Court in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
8. The Hairdresser is not liable for any damage to personal property (jewellery, accessories, etc.) brought into the salon during the service session. Clients are advised to remove valuables before the Hairdresser begins work.

Please note that your next recommended Hairdresser maintenance appointment for your box braids and balayage colour refresh is scheduled for mid-August 2025. We kindly request that you book your slot at least one week in advance to secure your preferred time with your assigned Hairdresser.
